At the front of the apartment, a spacious open plan kitchen, dining and living area provides a comfortable central hub for guests. A reverse cycle air conditioner heats the living space, while all bedrooms are fitted with individual heaters for consistent comfort throughout.
Flexible bedding for families and groups
The apartment sleeps multiple configurations across three bedrooms:
Master bedroom: Queen bed + single bed
Bedroom 2: King bed
Bedroom 3: Two king single bunk beds
The bathroom includes a shower over bath, with a separate toilet for added convenience.
Easy access, parking and ski storage practicality
Oberlaken 2 is a ground-floor apartment with direct access from both the front entrance and rear car spaces. Two off-street parking spaces are provided. A combined laundry and drying room includes a washing machine, dryer, heater and drying racks—ideal for ski and snowboard gear.

Oberlaken Easter
Nicole S - 20th April 2022Over it was lovely however the major points of frustration were; 2 rolls of toilet paper for 5 day stay. Noting the long weekend, 4 people (place services 8) and closed shops it was highly disappointing that this was either not fully supplied or actively communicated so we can have had our own. Our pregnant guest very much struggled until alternative were found. Similar with dishwashing tablets - only 3 for a 5 day stay and with the undrinkable water situation highly challenging
