Modern two bedroom apartment sleeping four guests. Absolutely great for a small family or group of friends.
The accommodation is the ground floor, situated less than 300 metres from the Kosciusko Road / Barry Way intersection, thus convenient for beating snow traffic in winter, and 5 minutes walk to the lake for a swim, paddle, water ski or fish.
Open plan lounge, kitchen with dishwasher and gas cooktop, dining, two roomy bedrooms, large bathroom plus extra toilet. Drying room and laundry facilities included. Electric heating throughout and free Wi-Fi make you feel comfortable throughout your stay.
Two good sized bedrooms, with configuration set as one kind bed and two singles (both rooms can be made as king or singles by request at time of booking) both with built in robes and main providing external access to the courtyard.
Parking for one vehicle in shared garage which has internal access.

George F - 5th January 2026The place was amazing. constructive feedback for consideration - no dishwashing tablets & a tiny amount of dishwashing liquid placed in a sandwich bag & difficult to access. Maybe a dishwashing tablet per night ? - one small cake of soap for 4 people for 2 nights (not enough) - one downlight globe on top of kitchen sink needs replacing - no door locks on bathroom or toilet doors can be problematic for some guests.We had to devise our own system to indicate someone was in the shower/toilet

Easy and fast
Jean-Marc A - 23rd September 2025We arrived late from Sydney and conveniently picked up the keys from the Base at 10.30pm, and dropped them at the same location at 7.30am two days later. Very easy process and the communication from the agency was great with timely reminders and useful information. Also using the QR code to access information about the property is very handy.

Perfect location to hit the slopes

As with other reviewers, we had issues with the internet also but this didn’t detract from our stay. We will definitely consider this place again in the future!

dan w - 19th August 2022For the amount charged the expectation is to have no issues. The internet never worked, the agent confirmed the issue, but never confirmed resolution with me.
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, we are genuinely sorry for any confusion with the internet. Our staff went over the day you reported and again the following morning after you departed. The password in the orange binder in the property allowed our team to connect. We sometimes experience slow connections with the many visitors to our regional time during some peak times.
Good location and size
