The ground level features a bright open plan kitchen, living and dining area that forms the heart of the home. Modern furnishings and large windows create a comfortable space for group gatherings, while the ducted reverse cycle air conditioning ensures consistent temperature across both levels, with control panels located upstairs and downstairs. A wood fireplace (wood not included) adds warmth and atmosphere during colder periods, and the living area includes a large screen TV along with free Wi-Fi for entertainment. The kitchen is equipped with an Espressotoria coffee pod machine and practical appliances for everyday cooking.
Flexible bedroom layout across two levels
Accommodation is thoughtfully arranged to provide separation and privacy between guests. On the ground floor you will find one bedroom with two single beds, which can be configured as a king on request at the time of booking. This level also includes a full bathroom, laundry, drying room and internal access to the single lock up garage.
Upstairs includes three additional bedrooms:
Bedroom 2: King bed (can be split into singles on request) with ensuite
Bedroom 3: King bed (can be split into singles on request)
Bedroom 4: Two bunk beds

The property includes a dedicated drying room on the ground floor, ideal for storing and drying ski gear or outdoor equipment after a day in the mountains. Please note the garage has a clearance height of 2.3 metres, suitable for most standard vehicles.

Lovely House
Charlotte E - 19th September 2025The house was perfect for what we needed. Very spacious and clean. I think the heating wasn't working for the lower level but there was a fire place there so that was great to have. The heating worked great on the upper level.

If the bunk bed on the top can be further away from the centralized heater outlet and the mattress be the same as the lower one will be great.

Perfect Accomodation for our hiking trip
