Freshly renovated and extended, 46 Banjo Paterson offers a well-balanced combination of space, comfort and practicality in the heart of Jindabyne. This free-standing holiday home is set within the Snowy Mountains and is only a short walk to local shops, cafes and restaurants, making it a convenient choice for both winter ski trips and summer lake stays. The layout and outdoor spaces make it particularly well suited to families or groups looking for a reliable and comfortable base.

Open plan living with modern features and natural light

Upon entry, the home opens into a spacious and well-furnished living, dining and kitchen area designed for shared use. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, including a coffee pod machine, while the living area provides a smart TV, DVDs and free Wi-Fi for easy downtime. Reverse-cycle air conditioning ensures year-round comfort, with ceiling fans installed in the bedrooms to support airflow during warmer months. The layout allows for easy movement between cooking, dining and relaxing zones without feeling crowded.

Flexible sleeping arrangements for families and groups

The home accommodates a range of group types with four bedrooms configured as follows:

Bedroom 1: King bed (can be split into two singles on request)

It’s a well thought out house for a large group. We had 8 adults - a mix of couples and singles. With both bathrooms not being an ensuite, it so much easier for us all as we didn’t have the inconvenience of most sharing 1 bathroom or awkwardness of entering some else’s room. The only thing that would have been better (but not a big deal) is if there was a separate toilet to both bathrooms. The kitchen is a decent size and layout of the living space perfect for us all to sit around to chat.

Perfect Snowy Getaway with friends

This place is huge, modern and provides all essential facilities for the perfect getaway. Ski storage was a plus, and the fire pit in the back was perfect. Rooms were clean, warm and sheets were extremely clean and comfortable. Ample parking for 3-4 cars. Communication with this crew was second to none, with flexible key pickup times. Will definitely be booking again with this crew. They also provided a $50 grocery voucher which was a huge bonus for me.

Cozy hidden gem in Jindabyne

I recently stayed at this hidden gem in Jindabyne. The accommodation was impeccably clean, cozy, and welcoming. The location was surrounded by breathtaking natural beauty. So close to the town of Jindabyne. The well-equipped kitchen was a bonus, beautiful bathrooms and comfortable beds. Perfect place to stay after a day of hiking and bike riding( excellent bike storage )Overall, I highly recommend this accommodation for anyone looking for a comfortable getaway. Already planning our next stay.❤️
