Banksia 2 is a two storey townhouse positioned directly on the lakefront in Townsend Street within Jindabyne. Offering beautiful water views and a peaceful setting, this property provides an ideal base for family holidays or group stays in the Snowy Mountains. With generous living spaces and direct access to lakefront scenery, it is well suited to both winter and summer getaways.
Upper level living with lake views and entertaining deck
The upstairs level features an updated kitchen with breakfast bar and an open plan dining and living area designed for group comfort. Large windows capture lakefront outlooks, while the living space includes a TV, DVD and stereo system for entertainment. A gas log fire and reverse cycle air conditioning provide year-round comfort. Flowing from the living area, a waterfront deck with BBQ creates a strong indoor-outdoor connection ideal for meals or relaxed evenings overlooking the lake.
Three bedroom lower level with spa bathroom and drying room
All bedrooms are located on the lower level and are fitted with electric heating for winter comfort:
Bedroom 1: Queen bed with trundle and ensuite
Bedroom 2: Two single beds (can be configured as a king on request)
Bedroom 3: Double bed
This level also includes the main bathroom with a deep single spa bath, a separate toilet, laundry facilities and a dedicated dry room, making it well suited to longer stays or ski holidays.
Lakefront parking and practical guest amenities
Banksia 2 offers two off-street parking spaces directly at the front door, including one undercover carport space. The carport has a height clearance of 2.1 metres. These practical features make unloading and access simple, particularly for families or guests with equipment.

Fiona S - 3rd July 2021Accommodation Jindabyne and property owners were very accommodating when our booking was impacted with Covid restrictions. Property was located central to town and had a great position on the lake. Kitchen and lounge area, comfortable, well catered and well heated. Bedrooms on lower level were comfortable but took a little longer to heat. Lots of additions including heating room, sauna, with multiple bathrooms. Ample parking. Great space for family of 5-6.
