Bogong Lakeview – spacious modern home for large group stays
Bogong Lakeview is a modern, fully furnished holiday home located approximately 800 metres from the centre of Jindabyne, offering elevated lake outlooks within the Snowy Mountains. Designed to accommodate two to three families or large groups of up to 14 guests (or 12 adults), this expansive property provides multiple living zones, generous sleeping capacity and excellent access to town, lake and surrounding alpine activities.

The main entry level opens into a welcoming open plan kitchen, dining and living area designed for group comfort. The kitchen is fully equipped with ample storage and appliances for extended stays, while the dining space connects seamlessly to the lounge. Guests can enjoy free Wi-Fi, ducted heating and a cosy wood fireplace during winter, with ceiling fans providing comfort in warmer months. Two separate balconies across different levels offer relaxing outdoor spaces with serene lake views, ideal for morning coffee or evening drinks.
Flexible multi-level layout with multiple living zones
The home is thoughtfully arranged across multiple levels to suit larger groups:
Main level: Queen bedroom with ensuite, plus second bedroom with single and trio bunk, main bathroom, separate toilet and study nook
Upper level: Second living area with TV space, balcony access, main bedroom with walk-through robe and spa bathroom, plus additional bedroom with trio and single bunk
The upper spa bathroom features a deep bath with massage jets, providing a comfortable space to unwind after mountain activities.
Practical lower level storage, drying room and parking
The lower level includes a full laundry, large drying room, separate toilet and additional storage space, making it well suited to ski and snow holiday use. The property provides four allocated parking spaces, ensuring convenience for multiple vehicles. Please note the downstairs apartment is not included but may be booked separately for additional guests - if you need more space space look for Bogong Retreat to book entire home with unit.

The home was very comfortable and spacious, easily accommodating our group of family and friends. We based ourselves in Jindabyne for our ski trip, and the location was perfect—just a short distance to the village shops and ski bus stops to Thredbo and Perisher. The multiple living areas were a big plus, giving everyone space to relax, and we especially loved the wood fireplace, which made the evenings warm

Matthew A - 10th September 2024We had a great stay, there were 11 of us and we're quite comfortable. Would recommend to anyone. Only feedback is that the beds are a little small for tall people (e.g 6'4") and the steel frame bunk beds squeak whenever someone moves.

Great Space
Stuart B - 3rd June 2024Just came back from a great weekend away at Jindabyne with a group of mountain bikers, staying at 19 Bogong. Great place to base a mountain biking trip out of, property has outdoor undercover area for bike maintenance and lockable sheds to store the bikes (bring 2 padlocks). House is very nicely furnished and is huge, we had 10 people but could fit more easily. Has a great view to the mountains and lake from 2 decks, great relaxing areas after a hard day. Also an easy walk or ride into town. Will be back for sure. Will also look at for ski season as property has a log fire, drying room etc, would be a great winter option as well.

Great location and lovely home

We based ourselves in Jindabyne for our ski trip and this property was very close to the Jindabyne village shops and bus stops which we took to Thredbo/Perisher. The multiple living spaces, were appreciated, along with the study area for those of us that had to do a bit of work on the trip! Also thanks to the owners as well for the goodies we received on the day.
