Boronia 5 is a spacious freestanding split level townhouse located in Jindabyne, offering elevated views across Lake Jindabyne and convenient access to the surrounding Snowy Mountains. Designed for families or groups, this four bedroom property provides generous living space, practical amenities and a comfortable base for both winter and summer stays.

The main living level features a large open plan lounge and dining area designed for group comfort and socialising. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher and microwave, supporting easy self-catering stays. A gas log fire provides warmth and atmosphere during winter, while free Wi-Fi ensures connectivity throughout. The living space flows onto a balcony with BBQ facilities, creating an inviting indoor-outdoor setting with lake views.
Flexible four bedroom layout for families and groups
Boronia 5 offers a practical sleeping configuration suited to mixed groups:
Three bedrooms with queen beds (one can be split into two singles on request)
One bedroom with two bunk beds
This layout accommodates families or groups travelling together while maintaining flexibility in bedding arrangements. Two bathrooms are spread across two levels, including one with a spa bath for added relaxation after a day in the mountains.
Ski-friendly features with garage, drying room and boot dryer
The lower level includes a laundry with washing machine and dryer, along with a dedicated drying room for ski and outdoor gear. A double lock up garage with internal access provides secure parking, and includes a ski boot dryer for added convenience during winter stays.

Nice and clean
Wanida K - 22nd July 2024We have a good memories here. This is a good location, not so far for drive to a snowy mountain. Staffs are nice and warm welcome. Everything’s good except the knife not so sharp and no WIFI. We will come back for next trip.

Very comfortable place for larger groups
