The locaton is good, close to Jindabyne centres, restaurants and coffee shops. The unit itself may need some improvements on contents. The small capsule coffee machine and a hair dryer are missing and may need to be added to the list of contents. The fry pans are burnt off and must be replaced as they cannot be used. The floor heating system did not work during our stay and it was quite cold inside without this system. Thanks to Jindabyne Real estate for bringing up addition electric heater.

Thank you for your reply and we do apologise that the floor heating was not working and bringing it to our attention. We have since has an electrician in and fixed. We have also purchased new frypans and are looking into a coffee machine/hair dryer for the property. We will update the listing to include when they are purchased. While The Edge unit 2 is a great location, the unit is in need of renovation. The carpet looks dirty, the shower was full of mould ( I went and bought mould cleaner and cleaned myself as it was so bad). The walls all have marks on them. It was just disappointing that the property is in poor condition and that you are still paying high prices for it.

Comfortable and warm even though there is no central heating. Bathroom floors were heated and water pressure on the rain head shower is fabulous - perfect after a long day. There is a portable heater which can be moved to the bedroom at night but an extra one would have been nice. The washing machine is a top loader and there is a brand new dryer which was installed during our stay. Hairdryer would be nice and a more thorough vacuum after each stay as the carpets were not that clean.
