It was a nice place, however we had issues with not being able to control the aircon and it not being turned on when we arrived. As well as the bathroom in the main bedroom did not work which left us with 1 bedroom for our stay. Was also disappointing finding out a few hours before our stay that the garage wasn’t working either. Overall good but a few issues did occur.

We previously stayed at this property in 2021. The property is well suited to a family group having 4 bedrooms. The kitchen is extremely well stocked with equipment. We had a fabulous time celebrating birthdays with all our family in Jindabyne and look forward to returning again next year.

We very much liked this property. Comfortable, warm and spacious enough for all of us. It had everything we needed. My only gripe would be not being in control of the air con temp. It worked for us as it was not a cold week so the set temp was fine. The other thing which is not significant, was the kitchen tap. The pressure is low and when you put anything under the water the flow, it splattered all over the benches.

Generally Good, but has aircon heating issues

The master bedroom (the one with ensuite) gets extremely cold whenever the temperature outside drops below 0 degrees. This may be due to the aircon not working once the temperature outside is sub-zero, which is the time that the heater is needed the most. This is very problematic, and both me and my son (who stayed in the master bedrooms) caught the cold and had a fever, while everyone else in the house was fine. The top bunk gets extremely warm at night

We love staying at Jindalee 3! It is very well equipped for a bigger group. It's toasty warm and the fireplace is a real bonus! The location is very close to town, very convenient and good parking. Real estate staff very helpful also. We have been back twice and plan to book again next year.

We had some issues with heating, gas and power tripping, and JRE were so accommodating and did everything they could to fix the probs and make things better for us. The best customer service experience we've had staying at Jindy in several years. The house is great for large family, plenty of room for us to feel at home for a 2wk stay.
