Nice view but improvements needed

The location is quiet with a beautiful view, but overall, the property needs improvement: •Strong, lingering food smell that lasted the stay - extractor not vented externally. • Furnishings not holding up well •Bunk beds uncomfortable -not suitable for adults •Kitchen poorly equipped •Overall cleanliness was lacking •Key collection and return inconvenient 20+ minute round trip •Dirty laundry at front door for whole stay •Bins were full •Laundry area at the entrance would be better enclosed.

Thank you for the feedback we will be sure to action the points we can address. We did reach out to the laundry company and they missed it so we apologise for that. We will look at alternatives for a key collect drop off in a more suitable area for those out of town bookings. Any small issues with the property we are more than happy to address during the stay i.e. dropping of kitchen items as we are open 7 days and have 24/7 assistance available.

Great service. They took care of everything for you. The house was small and cozy with a great view. There is another house directly below ours, they weren't noisy BUT if they had a party, you would definitely hear it from your accomodation behind closed doors. Recommend getting to the place early to warm up or cool down the place depending the season you go on, the house was frozen cold. So worth the stay yes, worth the $$$, no (because it was smaller than it looked in the pics).
