Place was good but needs bit of renovation
Sithila T - 17th July 2026The kids loved it because they had bunker beds. The location was convenient for travellers. The directions on the front door access needs to be clear. Then the hot water ran out which was not the best experience in a winter situation.
Hi Sithila, thanks for the feedback, and lovely to hear the kids enjoyed the bunk beds. We will update the arrival information to ensure it directs people to the back for the unit access. The hot water runs on an electric tank, so if used up it will require time to reheat overnight. We'd genuinely love to have you back with us direct. the team @ Accommodation Jindabyne
