Great location but needs TLC

Great location, 3 bedrooms, great hooks on bedroom doors. Not particularly clean, tiles need a good steam mop and were cold, single bed was squeaky, glasses were dirty in the cupboard, towel racks in bathroom were dodgy, plates had chips and cracks, lots of lint in the dryer (filter had to be unscrewed) Use some of the $3375 (five nights) to make it better.

Overall we enjoyed our stay and the beds were comfortable, quiet and room warm. Fixtures are ageing and could do with updating. Kitchen appliances were satisfactory due to kettle being broken.
