Spuren is a newly constructed modern townhouse located in the quiet village of Tyrolean Village, just a short five-minute drive from Jindabyne. Designed for couples and small groups seeking a more refined mountain escape, it offers easy access to both town and the surrounding Snowy Mountains.

The upper level features an open plan living, kitchen and dining area finished to a high standard, flowing out to a private balcony with BBQ. It’s an ideal spot to unwind in the evenings, enjoying sunset views after a day of skiing, hiking or mountain biking.
Bike-friendly design with ski and storage workshop space
Spuren is well set up for active holidays, with direct access to the East Jindabyne mountain bike trail network and a dedicated bike wash station on the back deck. In winter, this area doubles as ski storage, wax station and tool workspace. A foyer with coat storage and a full laundry adds practical convenience on arrival.
Two bedroom layout with modern comfort throughout
The property includes two bedrooms: one with a queen bed and ensuite, and a second with a queen plus single bed. Modern bathrooms, air conditioning, central heating and a fireplace ensure comfort year-round.

Fantastic Spuren
Craig O - 4th January 2023Have just completed a 10 day stay at Spuren in Jindabyne, location is great, close enough to be convenient to Jindabyne but seperate enough to offer the quiet break we were after. The property was excellent offering great lake views and internal features were of a high quality being a near new build. Can't wait to return.
