The Nix 10 is a spacious open plan three bedroom home with all the extras needed for a holiday in Jindabyne.

The single galley kitchen combines into modern living with the dining and loungeroom, which leads out to the large balcony overlooking the mountains.

Across three bedrooms you can sleep six guests in a king bed (which can be split by request at time of booking) and two queens. A very well-equipped European laundry offering separate washer, dryer and a drying cupboard in which you can pre-heat your gear for those colder days skiing. Built in robes for storage, reverse cycle air conditioning, bathroom and two allocated car spaces make you feel right at home and includes a Tesla Charger. All located within a short walk to town through the local sporting complex and 150m from the ski shuttle stop.

Great property in a great location. Perfect for family of 5 with a small pet dog. Immaculate house. Great view off balcony. Leasing staff were fantastic as well as we needed to tweak our booking a couple of times and they were no fuss and made it happen to make our trip perfect.

My partner and I had a fantastic weekend away with family at the Nix. Everything was amazing. The house was brand new with all the comfort and space that you need. Modern fittings, kitchen, parking and heating. The place was spotless and the afternoon sun streamed into the windows and warmed up the space beautifully. The location is amazing, nestled atop a hill which offered stunning views of the lake and mountains. Such quiet, peace and tranquility while being so close to amazing restaurants, cafe, skiing and other amenities. I 100% recommend the Nix for your future stay in Jindabyne. Thanks so much.

Stayed at TheNix at 13 Reedys Cutting Rd Jindy, in mid Feb 2021. Not much info available about this relatively new property, but we needed the extra space the apartment seemed to have, and the location in the heart of Jindabyne was perfect. We were not disappointed. The apartment was immaculately clean, the kitchen well fitted out, the beds very comfortable, the bathrooms spacious and in excellent working order, and the double garage was perfect for our extended family. The ten minute walk across the nearby sports ground was a good way to build an appetite for one of the excellent Jindy cafes. There appear to be a mixture of owner occupied and holiday apartments in the complex, and I think the owners might live in one of them. But we were never hassled by anyone and the block of apartments was very easy to get around, and deliciously quiet at night. It was not cheap, but reflected the high standard that others should be aiming for. For a larger family like ours it was worth every cent. This place is a welcome addition to the holiday market in Jindy. We will be back.
